We render reliable Inspection Services of Soft lines/ Hard lines and Sport Goods. In our Textile Inspection services, we conduct the following:

Initial Production Check (IPC) When 5 –10 % goods are produced (subject to minimum 50 Pieces), a visual check on the quality of components, materials and finished products is carried out at the commencement of production against client’s specifications and type sample. This permits timely corrections and improvements before the bulk of production is initiated & thus results in cost saving

During Production Check (DUPRO) When at least 25% - 40% of the order has been completed (subject to a minimum of 50 pieces), visual checks on the quality of components, materials and finished products are carried out. This will check whether the corrections and improvements as suggested in IPC are implemented and will examine the existing production to verify its suitability as per Buyers requirement

Final random inspection check (FRI) When the total consignment is completed and packed for export, a detailed visual inspection of samples is selected at random to check that quality, quantity and packaging conforms to samples and specifications. If the results are Satisfactory, or within Acceptable Quality Levels, an I T F report is issued to enable the Sellers /Suppliers to ship the goods with the complete satisfaction.

Sub Supplier Evaluation When if manufacturer are out sourcing their product from any sub-supplier, I T F can conduct the audits as well inspections of their goods.

Quality System Evaluation When any manufacturer/ Buyer come up with the production program, I T F will help them to control the Quality system.
